Elizabeth R. Aguirre graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor's degree in English in May, 2007. She is a lover of fashion, music, her family, and pet Chihuahua, Sugar. Her freelance career began in May 2008 after she became the official Music Writer for San Francisco blog grooveeffect.com, where she no longer contributes. Liz as she is affectionately called is a contributor to Progressive Life and Style Magazine,Chicago Innerview Magazine, and UR Chicago Magazine. She was recently appointed as a stylist and Creative Director of UR Chicago's Lifestyle Photolab Series, part of UR's new CoutURe section. As an avid reader of all things readable and out of control shopaholic, she launched www.hoodiecouture.com, which was a successful attempt at sharing her pop culture perspective with the world and also at transcending the limits of Streetwear and Couture.
